Intervention on Freedom of expression, free media and information from Arzu Merali Presented at Working Session 12, OSCE HDIM, Warsaw, 6 October 2009 Respected Ambassadors, colleagues, I raise the thorny issue of freedom of expression and human rights, in particular the rights of minorities. My organisation, the Islamic Human Rights Commission is
